Objectives Of Website
Rental assets such as houses, flats motorbikes and other equipment gets listed on the property by its owners (landlords), inorder to attract renters. The system caters for the entire Rental ecosystem, hence the following users are targetted:
- Asset / Equipment Owners - to advertise and manage their assets
- Renters - to browse and compare available rental properties and equipment
- Service Providers - The list includes plumbers, motorbike mechanics, electricians, legal services etc
- Agents - advertise and manage assets and properties on behalf of owners
Register Account
All users must register an account to be able to access important features on the system. Only view privilleges are accessible without login.
Supported Equipment Types
The system can cater for any Rental equipment. Currently, only the following assets have been configured..
- Residential Properties (houses, flats)
- Motorcyles (used for Delivery services such as Uber Eats and Mr Delivery)
- Inform Admin to Add asset type relevant to your asset...will be done in less than an hour
- Different assets have different properties, hence we ensure that correct properties are catered for prior to adding property to system.
Owners And Agents
The following features are accessible to equipment and asset owners
- Management of Contracts and assets;
- Advertise the assets and properties up for rental (descriptions and upload photos);
- Edit information such a rental prices as and when they change;
- Update information such as mileage on automobile equipment.
- Reminders on Licence Renewals and Service Dates.
- Prepare And Issue Out Statements, maintaining a record of when and amounts of Rental payments recieved.
- A schedule of rental expenses incurred.
- Manage Maintanance requests, by appointing service providers to cases as they are reported.
Renters
The following features are accessible to Renters
- Browse, compare and select equipment to rent;
- Upload Maintenance requests (close them off when resolved);
- Report unfair treatment by the Owners and Service Providers;
- Utilise services from service providers, eg. Truck Deleivery services
Service Providers
The following features are accessible to service providers
- Service Providers must belong to a company that gets registered to system by Director;
- Multiple Service Providers can thereafter register under the company, the Director will approve their registration before they are alowed to use the system;
- The Company will submit documentation to Us during Verification process;
- Receive appointment notices as and when they are appointend to maintenance cases;
- Accept / Decline / Update information relating to cases eg. Work Completed ;
- Access to a market and build reputable profile;
- Advertise their services
